OK, I made these and filled my pan too much. Not a good idea. They didn't cook through and didn't improve when I stuck them back in the oven. I found the orange flavor more dominant than the honey.

ReplyDeleteI made my batter tonite..and no orange zest, I substituted lemon...we shall see..thanks for the tip on filling the pans Leslie
