I made these today. I am anxious to see how everyone else's turn out. After I finished I looked at the recipe again and see it calls for dried coconut? Not sure that's what I used?
I used sweet coconut too, but put it in the oven to "dry" it out. :) These were delicious the first day but changed over time. I hope to post on my blog sometime this weekend. Sorry I am late. :}
