I just finished making this. I cut the recipe in half. Keep an eye on it during that last 20 minutes ( like I should have and didn't). Mine would have probably been done in 50 minutes. I tried a bite...delicious. If you don't like orange, cut back or omit the zest.
We had these last night (better late than never) and they were SO GOOD! We all couldn't get over the rich, smoothness of the pudding. Loved it. Great pick, Peggy.
